Mushroom Hummus Toast



1 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic

7 mushrooms, sliced [UK sourced]

Hummus (Recipe at

2 slices, tiger bread

Handful of Spinach

Black pepper

Parmesan cheese, optional

Sunflower seeds, optional

Chilli flakes, optional

    Bring the oil to a medium heat and add in the garlic. Cook until lightly brown to release flavours

    Add in your mushrooms, sprinkle some black pepper and sauté till they begin to sizzle.

    In the meantime, grill your tiger bread to toast it and begin to top it with a generous amount of your homemade hummus!

    Add the spinach to your mushrooms once they are cooked and sauté for a further minute.

    Evenly spread your mushrooms and spinach over your hummus and sprinkle with some grated Parmesan, chilli flakes and sunflower seeds! Enjoy!
