  • 2 tbsp sweet sherry
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra light olive oil
  • 8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
