Ingredients

  • 180g panko breadcrumbs
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped ( or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten Some flour
  • 20 mushrooms (I used chestnut but any will do)

Method

1 Preheat the oven to 200degrees

2 Combine the panko mix - panko breadcrumbs, garlic, pepper, salt, parsley. Feel free to add any other herbs you like.

3 Dip the mushrooms into the flour then into the bowl of beaten eggs and then coat with panko mix. Then place on baking sheet.

4 . Bake for 10 to 15min till golden brown. Serve with dip of your choice. I made a mayo dip with parsley and lemon.
